Get in touch with our team today! Tell us about your interest in our international immersion trips or ask any questions you may have.
2. Tell Us More About Yourself:
We’d love to get to know you better! After you’ve reached out, we’ll send you our Expression of Interest form. This form includes questions designed to help us get to know you, your travel experiences, and your motivations to join our program.
3. Schedule a Virtual or In-Person Interview:
We’ll schedule a half-hour interview, either virtually or in person, to deepen the understanding of your interest and the program. We kindly request that you show your passport with an expiration date of at least 6 months after our scheduled return date.
4. Make Your Decision:
It's decision time! Should you decide to join us, know that we'll be your trusted guide every step of the way. The door is open, and we're here to welcome you with open arms!
5. Prepare:
Prior to the trip, we'll provide a comprehensive checklist of essential items to take care of, including airline reservations and medical insurance. Our team will be there to assist you every step of the way.
6. Get to Know Your Fellow Travelers:
As the start date approaches, we'll arrange an (optional) virtual happy hour to bring our fellow travelers together. This delightful gathering offers you a chance to meet and connect with others in the group, fostering friendships and camaraderie before we embark on this exciting journey.
7. Time to Go!
